Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of revenue performance consulting, working alongside industry experts to deliver impactful solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with a keen interest in business strategy, sales optimisation, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting forensic pipeline analysis, stakeholder mapping, and sales cycle reviews.
  • Support the team in preparing and analysing post-sale impact reviews and performance dashboards.
  • Participate in the development of compelling proposals and opportunity support documents.
  • Contribute to internal projects that enhance Negotia’s service offerings and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in market research to identify trends and opportunities in revenue performance optimisation.
  • Help organise and coordinate client meetings and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in consulting, sales strategy, or business development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Partner to join our elite team. This pivotal role involves both securing new business and delivering our services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business development acumen, deep consulting expertise, and a proven track record in enhancing revenue performance for growth-oriented companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new client relationships, expanding our portfolio and reinforcing our market presence. Develop and execute strategies that position Negotia as the preferred partner for revenue performance optimization.
  • Client Delivery: Take the lead on client projects, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery from inception to completion. This includes conducting forensic analyses, stakeholder mapping, sales cycle reviews, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue performance optimisation, contributing insights and strategies that underline our leadership in the field. Engage in speaking opportunities, publications, and client workshops to elevate our brand and value proposition.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their growth journey. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering measurable results and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work closely with other Negotia teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client service. Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of a dynamic, high-performing culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a consulting or business leadership role, with a focus on sales strategy, business development, or revenue optimisation.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and client relationship management, preferably within the consultancy or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing C-level executives.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.
