Back in 2023, a cohort of experienced revenue leaders, all of whom had  backgrounds with multi-nationals  and a collective passion for working with growth and early stage companies, met up at in a cafe in Amsterdam.The discussion centred on the fact that many  of these companies lacked access to deep, revenue growth expertise at the time they needed it most. Which is when the idea for Negotia  was conceived.

We shared a belief that helping a business scale isn’t just about giving advice from a distance. It's about being on the front line as an  advisor and mentor, right there with them. Businesses know where they need to go but often need help getting there faster and avoiding pitfalls. So we decided to start something totally new and somewhat disruptive – not a typical consultancy firm, but something more invested. A company that not only advises but delivers immediate actionable plans - something more hands-on and more accountable.
